To register, your chorus must be a member in good standing with current paid membership dues. Choruses and ensembles can only be registered by Chorus Administrators. If you are not sure who your chorus administrators are, email Liz @ financialadmin@unisonchoruses.ca
The deadline for Chorus Festival registration is March 15, 2025.
Chorus Registration Rates (CAD):
UNISON Member 30 minute block – $400
UNISON Member 15 minute block – $250
Chorus registrations are non-refundable, except as outlined in the Registration Terms and Conditions for Choruses. Chorus registrations are non-transferable.

To Register Log in to your personal account in INTEGRA Planner
Before you register, be ready to answer this information as part of the Chorus Registration Questionnaire in the Integra Planner. You must complete Chorus Registration Questionnaire (diagram 1) before the Green REGISTER Button will appear. (diagram 2)
- Number of singers in your group
- Accessibility needs for your group
- Identify your Festival Liaison. This is your primary point of contact for all Festival Information
- Identify your Artistic Director
- Identify your Chorus Manager
- Select your preferred concert block slots, 1rst choice, 2nd choice, 3rd choice
- A separate registration for individual delegates will open October 1, 2025
Reminder, only Chorus (or Ensemble) administrators can register the choir for the Festival. In order to do so, you need to navigate from your Integra home page Log in (diagram 3) (Personal Dashboard) to the Administrator’s Dashboard. You can switch from your Personal dashboard to your Administrator’s dashboard by clicking on the “quick links”(diagram 4) on the top right

The words music, healing, and spirit resonate with our mission and values, and with our members’ lives
in British Columbia and across Canada. These simple words can be interpreted in many ways. Some
definitions include:
Music: vocal or instrumental sounds or both, combined in such a way as to produce beauty of form,
harmony, and expression of emotion
Healing: the process by which a person is made sound or becomes healthy
Spirit: the non-physical part of a person which is the seat of emotion and character

Registration fees and Registration dates have been determined and we are ready to share those with you in an effort to give you lots of time to make your plans.
After the Halifax Festival in 2023 it became clear to Unison that we would need to increase our Registrations Fees slightly due to post-covid price increases across all markets of products and services.
Unison has capped the increase to $50 in all categories.
Will open in INTEGRA December 15, 2024
30 minute block – $400
15 minute block – $250
Will open in INTEGRA October 1, 2025
Early Bird Registration $350 available October 1, 2025 to January 15, 2026
Regular Registration $400 available January 16, 2026 to May 1, 2026
Late Registration $450 after May 1, 2026
At the Door Registration $500

We are aware that the cost of attending Festival is not easy for everyone. We want to assure you that we are working on a subsidy plan that will allow all the singers who wish to attend Unison Festival to get to Vancouver. We as an organization are committed to that purpose!
