Chorus registrations are non-refundable, except as outlined in the Registration Terms and Conditions for Choruses. Chorus registrations are non-transferable.

Registration Terms and Conditions

Registration instructions
Step-by-step instructions for registering your chorus for Unison Festival 2023.
1. 1. Click on the “Register” button above.
    
    Create a personal user account in Integra Planner.
    
    Click on “Sign up” in the top menu
    
    Follow the prompts to create a user account for yourself.
    
    Important: Use your personal email address.
    
    Sign into your new Integra Planner account.
    
    Complete your personal profile.
    
    Select your chorus.
    
    Click on the “IN” icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen to return to your personal dashboard.
    
    Scroll down to the Membership section.
    
    Click on “Edit” and then the “+ Membership” button.
    
    Follow the prompts to select your choir and add yourself as a member.
    
    Then write to admin@unisonchoruses.ca and ask to be made an administrator for your choir.
    
    Register your chorus.
    
    Click on “Administrator dashboard” in the top menu.
    
    Click on the “Register” button below your choir name.
    
    Follow the prompts to complete your choir registration.
    
    Pay the chorus registration fee.
    
    Follow the on-screen prompts to pay the chorus registration fee.
    
    Pay online by credit card or direct debit.
    
    Pay offline by e-transfer or cheque.

Delegate Registration

Delegate registration includes:

- Admission to the opening concert (Friday) and closing concert (Monday)
- Admission to all four concert blocks (Saturday and Sunday)
- Admission to the banquet and dance (Sunday night)
- Four-year membership in Unison Choruses Canada

Delegate registrations are non-refundable, except as outlined in the Registration Terms and Conditions for Delegates. Delegate registrations can be traded or sold using the Integra Marketplace up until May 2023. After that point, delegate registrations will be non-transferable.

    Follow the prompts to create a user account for yourself.

    Scroll down to the Membership section.

    Register for the festival.
    
    Click on the “IN” icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen to return to your personal dashboard.
    
    Click on the green “Register” button.
    
    Follow the prompts to complete your registration.
    
    Pay the registration fee.
    
    Follow the on-screen prompts to pay your registration fee.
    
    Pay online by credit card or direct debit.
    
    Pay offline by e-transfer or cheque.
    
    Assign your invoice to your choir, if your choir has enabled that option.

Festival Choruses

We are excited to announce that Unison Festival 2023 is returning to the format of three festival choruses: SSAA, SATB, and TTBB. The festival choruses will be open both to festival delegates and to the general public. These choruses will play a special role at the closing concert in Halifax, performing world premieres of three pieces commissioned by Unison to help raise awareness around the LGBT Purge in Canada.

Festival chorus fee: $50
