Delegate Registration

Delegate registration is now open.

  • Early-bird (available until November 30, 2017)

  • Regular (December 1, 2017 – January 31, 2018)

  • On Site (May 18 – 21, 2018)

  • Discounted (under 18 or over 65; proof of age required when delegates receive their package)

  • Complimentary (limit of one per chorus)
    Choirs are asked to contact admin@unisonfestivalunisson.ca to apply their complimentary registration. If your choir will not be using your complimentary registration, please consider giving it to another choir.
  • Subsidized (limited number available)
    $100
    Choirs may apply to admin@unisonfestivalunisson.ca for subsidized delegate registrations on behalf of their singers. Subsidized delegate registrations will be allocated based on need. Unison Festival reserves the right to limit the number of subsidized registrations allocated per choir.

Subsidized Registrations Policy

Delegate registrations are non-refundable. Delegate registrations can be traded or sold up until May 10, 1018 using the Integra Marketplace. After May 10, 2018, delegate registrations will be non-transferable.

Delegate registration includes:

  • Admission to the Opening Concert and Closing Concert
  • Admission to all four concert concert blocks (Saturday and Sunday)
  • Admission to the Musi-Circus (Saturday night)
  • Admission to social events except the Banquet and Dance (Sunday night)

Festival Chorus Registration

The Calgary festival features a single SATB Festival Chorus. The Festival Chorus will be a blockbuster event in its own right – 200 voices or more performing with orchestra at the closing concert in the Bella Concert Hall.  Learn more

Choral Workshop Registration

On Saturday or Sunday, start your day with a dynamic workshop led by Edmonton conductor and clinician Scott Leithead. The same workshop runs both days, so everyone has a chance to take part.  Learn more

Banquet and Dance

Enjoy a sumptuous banquet in the Ross Glenn Hall on Sunday evening. Free admission to the Sunday night Dance Party is included.

Online choir registration is now closed. There are some performance slots available on a first-come, first-served basis. To inquire about a performance slot, please write to admin@unisonfestivalunisson.ca.

Choir registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
